Normalisation of Legal Status of Civil Servants Act (Wnra)
On 1 January 2020 the Wnra entered into force. What does this act do? For civil servants, the private employment and redundancy rights apply to them from that date, as they do to employees in the business sector.
Umc employees also currently fall under private law. What consequences does this have? They are clearly explained in the following animation films, made by the NFU in collaboration with the unions.
