The new cao has many changes compared to the previous cao. It takes time to process and organize all these changes in each umc. This means that some subjects have not yet been settled immediately.
In addition, a number of agreements from the cao with the trade unions will be further elaborated, such as the schemes for different generations and the scheme for heavy professions. More information about this is expected before the summer.
